Clean and reasonable, nice owner. Needs a little update. Paint and deeper cleaning, cobwebs over bed frame.
I stayed at the property on and off for several weeks while I was relocating to Mohave County back in 2014. The rooms were clean and well tended. The Manager was both polite and kind. And there was fast food and sit-down dining within walking distance (1-2 blocks). I actually liked it. There are not a ton of extra amenities, but if you want a clean, quiet, safe place to stay, you can't do any better for the price!

The owner was very friendly and very welcoming. Very surprised, the room was clean comfortable and extra cool. The best econolodge we've stayed in.. unexpected find! Would stay again! Nearby food, gas and east access to highway.
The hotel is really nice. The manager went out of his way to accommodate my large family and I. Very helpful with directions too. We'll be back.
I am currently on an extended road trip, and this was my 12th different motel over the last 2 1/2 weeks. Not only was it the least expensive, it was also my favorite room so far. It was big and clean, with a cool little couch and coffee table...perfect for computer work and watching TV. A good sized fridge and micro as well. It was very quiet, local traffic fairly light, and there's a nice grocery store directly across the street. I stayed 2 nights, and hated to leave, knowing that my next room would probably pale in comparison. It did.
Good size room, plumbing is a bit dated but thats my only complaint, other than that the room is really nice especially for its price
Great room for the price! King bed, couch, coffee table, fridge, microwave, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. This room made traveling with my 1 year old daughter an enjoyable time
They booked us in our room then 30 minutes later booked someone else to our room. Unprofessional in my opinion especially when the hotel maybe had 5 rooms booked when we checked in
